Effective June 16, 2014 the Crowne Plaze Anaheim Garden Grove changed to the Wyndham brand. The Crowne Plaza Anaheim Garden Grove has been a favorite Priceline win for us (see article here) and I will be testing my Priceline prowess in the Anaheim area very soon. Re-branding of the Crowne Plaza Anaheim Garden Grove to the Wyndham Anaheim was still taking place throughout the hotel last week according to this recent review on Trip Advisor by user AverySLC. Please note that in his review he states that the new Wyndham Anaheim charges a $10 resort fee as opposed to a $14 fee charged by the former Crowne Plaza Anaheim; this is not true. I contact the Wyndham Anaheim this evening and confirmed that the resort fee is still $14 as advertised on the property’s new website. The re-branded hotel will still continue to accept Priceline bids for a period of time although the employee did not know what the long-term plans regarding Priceline were.
The newly branded and renovated Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove, nestled between the picturesque cities of Anaheim and Garden Grove, is only one mile from the Disneyland Resort. After a long day of play at the happiest place on earth, relax and rejuvenate at the Wyndham Anaheim Resort. The sun-splashed hotel near Disneyland® is located just minutes from Disneyland® Park, Disney’s California Adventure® Park, and the Downtown Disney® District – offering a complimentary shuttle service to hotel guests. And with 376 elegant-appointed hotel accommodations, the Wyndham Anaheim Garden Grove Hotel is the ideal choice for your next trip to Anaheim.
